How does it work?

Tailored to Your Needs: I’ll work with you and your family to create a program that fits your preferences and goals.

Choose a Recipe: Together, we’ll find a recipe you and your family will enjoy.

Grocery Shopping:

Option 1: We’ll write a shopping list and head out to pick up the ingredients together.

Option 2: Have the ingredients and recipe ready before I arrive, and we’ll jump straight into cooking.

Cooking Together: I’ll guide you step-by-step through the recipe, offering hands-on support and tips along the way. Dinner Time: Depending on the recipe and you and your family's needs, dinner is usually ready to enjoy between 6 PM and 7 PM.

Clean-Up: After dinner prep, we will work together to clean up the kitchen to leave everything tidy and ready for the next meal.
